Cardio tennis uses your favorite sport to give you the best aerobic workout you've ever had! Towpath teaching pros direct participants in a warm-up, cardio workout and cool down--and it's with music! You'll hits lots of balls, but the focus is on fitness. Here are some more benefits:

TRX Cardio Tennis
TRX Cardio Tennis can take your fitness to the next level as a program that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and burns fat. This clinic expands on traditional cardio tennis by incorporating the TRX suspension training system into the workout with a certified instructor and teaching pro. You can control how easy or hard you want to work. Registration is weekly.
